Resolving Workplace Conflict (RWC) is an exclusive set of training solutions for HR professionals, company managers and individuals. The programs equip employees with skills in conflict resolution and mediation that will improve organization performance. Following the multi-phase training process, HR staff can administer and facilitate the Conflict Dynamics Profile, facilitate coaching sessions and train internal managers and individual contributors on conflict resolution and mediation strategies.
- The corresponding Resolving Workplace Conflict courses enable managers and individual contributors to understand which of their behaviors help or hinder conflict resolution. Participants also learn to mediate differences confidently and efficiently which, in turn, increases overall productivity.
The Resolving Workplace Conflict (RWC) course replaces Becoming Conflict Competent (BCC).
Who Should Attend This Course
This course is designed to provide HR professionals, consultants and managers with a complete conflict resolution package. At the end of the course, participants with be certified as CDP Practitioners and will be able to deliver a unique conflict resolution training program in their own workplace and administer the Conflict Dynamics Profile.
- Equip participants with the necessary skills to administer, facilitate, coach and train the Resolving Workplace Conflict courses.
- Certify participants in two unique offerings: workplace mediation training and the Conflict Dynamics Profile. These offerings can be used together, or as stand alone platforms to resolve conflict within an organization.
- Provide tools to help participants build a system within their organizations for more effective mediation and conflict resolution.
