Resolving Workplace Conflict (RWC)

Resolving Workplace Conflict (RWC) is a unique suite of training solutions for HR professionals, company managers and individuals. The programs will equip various employees with skills in conflict resolution and mediation that will improve organization performance. Following the multi-phase training process, HR staff will be equipped to administer and facilitate the CDP, facilitate coaching sessions and train internal managers and individual contributors on conflict resolution and mediation strategies. The corresponding Resolving Workplace Conflict courses will enable managers and individual contributors to understand their behaviors that help or hinder conflict resolution, and learn to mediate differences confidently and efficiently in order increase self and organizational productivity

 

Certified Workplace Trainer (CDP & CT)

Certified Workplace Trainer (CDP & CT) is a unique 3-day training program designed to teach managers practical, realistic techniques for managing workplace conflict. Underlying the poor performance of others, managers often discover examples of inadequate communication fueled by strained interpersonal relationships. The leadership strategies outlined in this seminar enable managers to mediate differences confidently and efficiently in order to increase organizational productivity.

The training also includes certification as a facilitator of the CDP-I version. This tool helps people understand how their own behaviors help or hinder conflict resolution and enhances the Self as Mediator module, creating a powerful approach to effectively resolve conflict.

 

Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT)

Certified Workplace Mediator and Trainer (CMT) was created as a full suite program to teach participants the skills necessary to both resolve conflicts directly and train others on workplace conflict resolution strategies. Participants will learn how to mediate workplace conflict, resolve their own conflict situations and train others to effectively mediate workplace conflict. This comprehensive course teaches participants core competencies in mediation and conflict resolution training and advanced skills to help others work through impasses when resolving conflict.

Mastering Conflict Dynamics (MCD) was designed to give participants an increased awareness of the root causes of conflict and helps them to acquire the skills they need for effectively resolving conflict. MCD combines lectures, experiential exercises, simulations and personal feedback into a comprehensive experience. The program features the 360-degree feedback tool, the CDP, which helps individuals understand how they manage and cope with conflict and how others interpret their behaviors.
