Although the Conflict Dynamics Profile® Feedback Report is user-friendly, the feedback can be very powerful for some individuals. Since the role of the facilitator is important to the value of the feedback, we require that the instrument be administered only by certified professionals.

Qualifications for Certification
  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Organizational experience in training, human resources, organizational development or conflict management
  • Previous involvement with assessment instruments
There are four different ways to become certified:

*  CDP encourages registrants at our April 29th workshop to also consider attending a training program in managing workplace conflict offered by the Mediation Training Institute International (MTI) just before our workshop.  Although you may select either program separately, combining the workplace conflict management skills you will learn in MTI's Certification Conference with the ability to administer and deliver feedback using the CDP provides a particularly effective and complementary set of competencies. CDP receives no revenue from your registration for the MTI Certification Workshop — we simply believe it is a beneficial program that is worthy of your consideration.   To register for the MTI workshop, please go to their website.

Transfers/Cancellations

Transfers and cancellations less than 4 weeks prior to the starting date of the program will incur a charge of 25% of the program tuition. Within 7 days of the program, 100% of the full program fee will be forfeited.
