Open-Enrollment Programs

The CDP is used in three of the open-enrollment programs delivered by the Leadership Development Institute at Eckerd College.

Foundations of Leadership (FOL)
For new or emerging managers, this 3-day Center for Creative Leadership (CCL®) program is designed to help participants increase leadership strengths, identify weaknesses, manage conflict and influence others.

Leadership, Conflict & Negotiation (LCN)
For leaders at all levels, this 3-day program focuses on the root causes of conflict and strengthens skills in negotiating, resolving conflict, and managing difficult conversations.

Custom Programs

LDI offers a variety of in-house custom programs which can be tailored to meet the specific objectives of your organization. As with the open-enrollment programs, the custom programs feature an interactive learning process, a focus on individual development, respected assessment instruments and action-oriented development plans. Conflict Coaching
Research confirms that conflict management and resolution skills are hallmarks of effective leaders. LDI offers conflict coaching to help leaders deal with conflict more constructively at work and at home.
