Welcome to the Center for Conflict Dynamics at Eckerd College

The Center for Conflict Dynamics is the global vendor for the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) assessment and the Becoming Conflict Competent (BCC) course. We certify trainers, coaches, and consultants to be able to use these products with their clients.

The CDP is the premier instrument measuring behavioral responses to workplace conflict.  It is used in training, coaching, and conflict management contexts.  The BCC course incorporates the CDP to improve self-awareness. It also provides training to help people manage emotions and engage others constructively.
