The Center for Conflict Dynamics (CCD) is the sole source global vendor for the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP) instrument. Trainers, coaches, and consultants use the CDP to help clients better understand how they respond to workplace conflict. The instrument measures behavioral and emotional responses to conflict and helps users become aware about how they can improve their responses to inevitable conflicts at work.
