The Center for Conflict Dynamics help a user teleconference on July 27th featuring Bill Rusak. Bill discussed helpful ideas to sell the Conflict Dynamics Profile (CDP). He provided unique perspectives on the topic since he has been a consultant using the CDP as well as an executive vice president for human resources in a major corporation. Participants asked Bill a number of excellent questions and he provided wonderful insights into the selling process.
